I have the right to decline your commission request.

Standard delivery time (this does not include waitlist time): Mascot art - 1 to 2 weeks. Rigging/Animation only - 1 week. Emote art - 1 to 2 weeks.

Delivery time may differ depending on the complexity, amount of commissions and corrections. An approximate date will be provided.

Commercial rights are already included.

Payments are made though Paypal or Vgen.

Types of payments: Full payment upfront - 50/50 split (half upfront, half before final delivery) - Payment plan (details to be agreed upon in advance)

The spot on the waitlist will be saved once the first payment is made.

Credit isn't required but it's appreciated.

I can share progress/show the final versions in my socials. I won't do this in the case of payment of Privacy fee.

Re-selling to a third party is not allowed. although depending on the circumstances it can be granted.

For rigging commissions, sharing the live2D project file (.cmo3) can be discussed and may be provided on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. I reserve the right to decline such requests at my discretion.

For rigging commissions, if I am unable to complete the agreed-upon commission due to circumstances on my end, the Live2D project file (.cmo3) will be provided free of charge.

All project files are saved on a physical hard drive and won't be deleted in case future additions or corrections are needed or desired.

All commission works are digital items and will be sent to client via preferred channel.

Discussion of the work, approximate delivery time and price.

Payment of total, payment of one half of the final price or first payment in case of payment plan.

Progress is shown to the client at each stage, images/videos.

Corrections are made at the request of the client at each stage. (max. 2 big changes per stage)

Once the project is finished, any remaining balance (whether from partial payments or a payment plan) must be paid in full before the final delivery.

Once the client has given approval or if they haven't reply in 48 hours the commission will be considered done.
